?The SE Asia Executive Assistant will collaborate with and support the Leadership team, Finance and Talent.

This position will be located in L.E.K.s Mumbai office, we expect this role to Senior Management Secretarial
Support, Case Team Administration and General Office Administration.

Key characteristics required:

- Proactive

- Excellent Communication

- Experience in Diary Management

- Open to flexible timings � our Partners work globally and in odd timezones sometimes

- Comfortable with being based in Nariman Point

- Excellent Team Player

- Organized

? Daily administrative and secretarial support including calendaring of various meeting and travel
arrangements, documentation, correspondence, presentation, timesheet management and expenses
claims
? Process insurance claims for senior management including their qualifying family members under
company relevant policy coverage

? Update Partners Outlook Contact with business name cards input via scanner to facilitate eventual
CRM rollout, execution and reporting purpose

? Logistics coordination for overseas LEK visitors which include hotel booking and other adhoc logistics
