?� Executive Assistant to Directors

� Responsible for calendar management of Directors

� Taking Appointments for meetings & Reminders to the CEO on timely basis.

� Ensure that all confidential & sensitive information is securely handled, stored as appropriate & no such information is divulged or made accessible to unauthorized person.

� Coordination/ follow-up with Departments/ Branches for timely execution of tasks.

� Manage and maintain the MDs diary and email account.

� Scheduling meetings, making travel and hotel arrangements and organizing daily calendars

� Ensure the MD is fully briefed on, or prepared for, any engagements he is involved in.

� Keep and maintain an accurate record of papers and electronic correspondence on behalf of the MD.

� Prepare correspondence on behalf of the MD, including the drafting of general replies.

� Drafting Minutes of meeting as and when meetings are scheduled
