- Handle daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments, managing correspondence, and compiling minutes of meetings for the CEO.
- Prepare reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
- Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for executives, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
- Screen phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication, and handle inquiries or redirect them to the appropriate person.
- Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests and tasks, and follow up on pending matters to ensure timely completion.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of meetings, conferences, and special events.
- Ability to do some market research and collating data for presentations.
- Coordinate and follow up with teams for their assigned works, status reports, provide consolidated view and analysis if required.
- Drive and coordinate with CEO for organization initiatives, tracking and reporting.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude while representing the organization to internal and external stakeholders.
