Summary of the Role:
As an executive assistant to HR Director and the HR Function in India and GCC Leader, incumbent will provide
executive level administrative support for all day-to-day matters. Responsible for Program Management / MIS /
Engagement events, alignments for global and local projects to be executed in India.

Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
Manage administrative activities for GCC leader and Director HR:
Ensure that guidance and appropriate support is given to HR’s office in terms of Travel related
Arrangements and hosting Official Delegates/Partner Meeting with HR Director / GCC leader
Scheduling of meetings – Leadership team meeting, employee communication meetings, business
reviews, anchoring events etc
Manage or guide the reception duties or travel related duties through the team.
Program Management/ MIS / Governance Support – Anchor the processes for GCC Leader and HR
Directors Office
Directly communicate to all stakeholders who are accountable for projects/other strategic initiatives driven
by the HR Directors office.
Manage Governance and ensure stakeholders/team leads are held accountable for timely submissions.
Managing all relevant HR Documentation signatures for IMEA
Develop and maintain top level review mechanisms and ensure that periodic reviews and proceeds from
the reviews are followed up.
Ensure that analytics required by the HR Director directly are prepared by the responsible team members/
stakeholders and kept ready for critical meetings and decisions.
Prepare Presentations, Townhall Presentations, Communication meetings etc that are required from the
MDs office with appropriate inputs from the required stakeholders
Maintaining MIS as per the guidelines of HR Director
Ensure that all costs pertaining the HR Directors cost center are raised and managed and kept track of.
Collaborate with business teams like product/sales/marketing and work with them and the HR Directors
office to
remove hindrances or bottlenecks that impacts the outcome.
Events for the GCC Leader and HR Directors Office and Employees Pan India
To manage end to end aspect for business in terms of events, seminars, conferences, etc. with support
from Business.
Support the business team to drive large scale employee engagement activities.
Requirements (education, experience, competencies and specific job requirements):
Post graduation or MBA in Business Analytics & Administration
7-8 years as Senior Executive Assistant. Exposure in Administration in an MNC will be an added
advantage.
Proficiency in operating Advanced MS Office 2 Process and system oriented
Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills
Problem solving ability
Good at co-ordination
