?Must be clear with concepts of objection handling, problem solving.

MUST be from a hard-core sales education and experience background.

Must be familiar with straight line sales methods.

Must have over the phone sales experience.

Must have real estate /investment consultancy/hospitality work culture experience.

Knowledge of Inbound / Outbound sales will be an advantage.

Should be able to handle client queries and explain product information accurately and precisely.

Should have capability to judge the interest level of the clients and strong negotiation skills.

Will be responsible for start to end sales closure.

Must have Convincing/persuasive dealing tactics skill set and familiarity with traditional methods of sales
