  Title: Executive Customer Acquisition / Sales  Experience: 6-10 Years Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Engineering (preferably in Electronics), MBA (Sales/ Marketing) or any equivalent degree. Market Location: East or West Coast of USA Office work location: Pune  Key Objective:  The Customer Acquisition Executive will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategy, and customer acquisition plans. Responsibilities:  Conducting market research and keeping up to date with the knowledge of the market.Providing baseline research within targeted accounts to identify key contacts and critical account information prior to prospecting call.Making outbound prospecting communications to build and manage lead development pipeline via cold-calling, networking, e-mail/e-marketing, and utilizing Internet information sources and engaging with them to maximize sales.Analyzing, differentiating, and converting clients from hot prospects.Ensuring that the client information is maintained and updated.Taking initiative and prioritizing tasks effectively to deliver business results.Deliver against KPIs optimizing against customer lifetime value to meet annual forecast and goals.Provide results and recommendations against new approaches, companies, technologies, sites, for cutting-edge programs across web, mobile, and all digital extensions.Develop recommendations to reach new members through desktop and mobile campaigns, including creative and messaging strategies.Maintain agency relationships by setting goals, providing media assets, performance feedback, and managing budgets.Manage creative, ad, and landing page testing schedules to drive improved campaign results.Establish internal operations, merchandise, creative, and planning team to maximize the impact of sales and events.Work with development and product teams to ensure the user experience is as frictionless as possible and make recommendations to improve conversion rates at each step of the user flow.Collaborate with customer retention team to develop new retention programs that will drive improvements in lifetime engagement.Experience/ strong sales portfolio in IoT products marketing and lead generation would be preferred.   Competencies Required: Result oriented.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Should be self-motivated and able to motivate others.Aggressive and passionate at work.Adaptable to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.Innovative and creative.
