job description

� Collection and consolidation of payroll input data within the set deadline for monthly payroll processing, eg. Regular, off cycle and ad-hoc runs
� Data analysis and trouble-shooting where appropriate, ensure accurate and complete payroll input data, are submitted to the payroll vendor per agreed payroll calendar
� Coordinate with payroll vendor for payroll processing, data correction, result validation and final reports signoff in accordance with agreed payroll calendar.
� Partner with respective business partners, colleagues and local authorities for issues resolution, continuous improvement, controls and compliance in accordance with organization policies and local regulations.
� Tier 2 colleague�s payroll enquiries support when required.

� Excellent Verbal and written communication skill is mandatory, as this role will involve dealing with international counterparts.
� Qualification: BCom + PG (preferred)
� 3-9 years work experience post qualification in payroll operation in medium/large international organization.
� Technology savvy with a keen eye for details (eg data and numbers)
� Prior working experience in a fast paced MNC environment
� Knowledge of PeopleSoft and SAP
� Knowledge of HR domain
