Illustrative Responsibilities

  • Ensure revenue achievement & collection: Responsible for achieving overall target of the designated region & ensure 100% collection against customer business.
  • Dealer Management: Ensure completion of dealer’s budget of the region with 100% collection target.Manage the designated marketing activities of the company by utilizing dealer’s manpower.
 

 

  • Market Mapping: map the market of Surgeons, Urologist, Gyn to segregate the potential & prospective customers. Ensure promotional activities across the region. Ensure callage & coverage of healthcare professionals & institutions.
  • Marketing activity: Ensure implementation of designated activities from the company in form of engaging dealers & healthcare sector. Product demo, workshop, CME participation & training for doctors are the key indicators.

 

 

 

Minimum requirements

Qualification & Experience

  • Should be minimum graduate or above in science stream
  • Should have minimum working experience of 3-5 years in medical equipment. Preferably in Surgical Industry.

  • Negotiation skills
  • Should be open to travel extensively
  • Maintains professional image that reflects positively on the Company
  • Ability to analyze the market potential & form specific strategy as per requirements.
