Key Roles and Responsibilities:-
- Basic understanding of Packaging process.
- Hands on experience in SAP – PO making, Invoicing , return PO, MIS making from SAP, Data interpretation from SAP.
- MIS for Purchase – Tracker of Procurement life cycle.
- Maintaining the records for rejections and communicating with vendor for the same.
- Follow up for debit note and credit note.
- Query resolution of payable team
- Rejection communication to vendors.
- Follow ups from vendor.
- Resolution on taxation issues with SAP team and vendors.
