?a. Dissemination of technical information - Provide product equivalents and
specifications, reply to any other technical query for both internal & external
b. Provide technical support - Support the sales team in approaching new customers,
especially Fleet & Industrial. Conduct lube surveys at customer locations for exact
product recommendation/ product rationalisation as per the requirement.
c. Customer complaint redressal - Provide necessary support to sales team for effective
resolution (including visit to site if deemed necessary) of product related complaints.
Coordination with CO for PQC/ SAR for sample analysis.
d. New business opportunities/ Market intelligence: Explore and identify new business
opportunities in coordination with sales team. Keep track of and report on competitors
activities/ initiatives on new products/ technical services and gather product literature.
Provide feedback to Corporate office /Sales & Marketing.
