?� Analyse all existing and new Sales opportunities for exports and develop a Supply Chain strategy
� Build a business plan for exports and execute to achieve the same
� Strongly promote interco to achieve targets and customer satisfaction. Will involve consolidation from various sites/ optimising shipments so as to reduce freight and reduce lead time:
o Be the focal point to ensure customer enquiries/ complaints and any other requirements are fulfilled completely in the best possible manner
o Engage with relevant internal and external resources in execution of the orders on time and response to queries and requirements
o Submit timely MIS for export sales accurately and timely
o Combine loads for various locations if feasible for lowest logistic costs
o Drive lean saving projects in exports
o Bring about structural improvements in export for a sustained advantage
o Head the CQT for exports and engage with relevant colleagues as and when required
� Monitor and improve export service levels in terms of OTIF
� Lead speedy CCAR resolution for export customers
� Release interco list prices regularly
� Manage the movement of materials out of the country in accordance with organizational policy and procedures and to comply with relevant local, country and international law and process
� Manage the necessary documentation and online forms for the efficient, cost-effective and lawful execution of all export activities
� Maintain and share with colleagues as appropriate, personal knowledge of all relevant export law and procedures, tariffs and duties, licences and restrictions
� Manage financial and currency processes/ transactions in accordance with policy and law and to optimize cost-effectiveness of activities
� Monitor, record, analyse and report on activities, trends, results and recommendations relating to the export activities
� Manage and maintain effective and lawful insurance provisions relating to export activities
� Prepare and submit relevant reports/ administrations in a timely and accurate manner, for example: shipping schedules, letter of credit, licences, declarations, documents etc
� Adhere to the HSE policy of the organization

?The job holder should have excellent verbal/ written communication and presentation skills. The person should be customer focused and marketing oriented as well as analytical to solve problems. He should be assertive, self-motivated and must have entrepreneurial skills. He/ she should be a team player willing to travel and adapt to flexible working hours


?The job holder should have at least 3 - 6 years of export experience in manufacturing industries
