job description

� As a senior member of the team, help bring the new campus to life by instituting relationships with partner / vendor organisations as well as build collaborations that bring in sports, recreation and similar functionality
� As a senior member, help create and foster a culture of fun, inter-mingling of international people, innovation and delivering excellence
� Active participation in the leadership team for strategic business planning, implementation, client interaction etc.
� Act as a role model for Institute values
� Manage administrative activities involving campus maintenance, vendor management, procurement, housekeeping, safety, utilities, security, employee induction etc.
� Planning and preparing annual budgets, monthly utilization reports pertaining to maintenance of campus, office infrastructure and facilities
� Budgeting and cost control measures, monitoring budget vis a vis variance
� Assisting the department in project management, cost optimization and implementing business expansion plans
� Contracts Management
� Ensuring management, repair, maintenance & replacement of office equipment, appliances, furniture, furnishings, vehicles, building, etc.,
� Purchasing, hiring, implementation and operations of security and surveillance
� Processes, documentation, business control checks, audits etc.
� Monitor all non-financial statutory compliance areas
� Asset management of all site operations assets across multiple locations.
� Event management, organizing meetings, conferences, ensuring travel arrangements and hotel reservations for guests and foreign delegates
� Liasioning and coordinating with various departments within, its Board of Directors and key stakeholders
� Upkeep of office administrative facilities and ensure availability of daily miscellaneous requirements to provide harmonious work culture to employees
� Acting as info-hub for providing administration related information and supervising administrative activities like general admin, verification of stationery stock, petty cash, courier, florist, pest control, housekeeping, etc.
� Specialization in handling back office operations, inter-office correspondence, confidential mails, quotations, monthly billing, cheques, etc.

� Professional qualification preferred, but minimum graduate degree acceptable
� Excellent command of English and Hindi, good presentation skills desirable
� Supervisory / leadership / leading of teams experience is a must
� Experience in getting work done through vendors / third party contractors is a must
� Experience with establishing institutions / organisations desirable
� Experience with running institutions / logistics / organisations very desirable
� Working knowledge of principles and practices of project management desirable
� Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems desirable
� Working knowledge of procurement and contracts desirable
� Sound knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations desirable
� Experience in construction, maintenance and all facets of facility operation desirable
� Solid computer and systems knowledge is a must
� High EQ, must have a pleasing personality that engages well with people of all levels and nationalities
� Innovative and creative (should be able to demonstrate relevant examples from own past)
