- Optimise production planning and control with up-to-date information on demand variation affecting raw material requirements, and ultimately affecting production planning.
- Production planning for fabrication & glazing the different project work that are one of the critical parts to fulfil the requirement of the client.
- Planning the production as per the technical and engineering designs of different projects and monitoring fabrication and glazing work of different projects
- Deployment of manpower and over viewing the progress of fabrication of aluminium profiles, GI Sheet, ACP & MS & Glass glazing assigned for different project.
- Forecasting the future requirements of the project regarding 3M – Men, Material & Machine.
- Maintaining stock reports for all different projects and providing periodical inventory report to the management.
- Effective redressal of grievances of union/ workmen, active participation in wage negotiations, implementation of settlement actions and ensure no disturbances in the factory due to IR issues.
- Collaboration with various departments of the Sales, Purchase, factory Provisioning and Operations departments for the timely completion of different projects on regular basis.
- Provide daily and weekly reports to Management like DPR, manpower deployment report, daily / weekly material inward and outward report.
- Produce and monitor production analysis with KPI Dashboards regarding capacity, production line operations, work order flow, quality and costs
- Keep track of plant operations, shifts, resources and availability of specific skills with KPI Dashboards to improve efficiency and maximize quality.
- Monitor production results and ensure on-time delivery and appropriate inventory levels.
- Monitor variation in actual material costs vs. planned costs.
- Analyse backlog, capacity utilization, system uptime, production cost variables, batch runs, scrap percentage and rework.
- To communicate with all the relevant people /department & coordinating to track all inputs to achieve the target in specific time period.
- Deliver the responsibility as ‘Factory Manager’ and adhere the statutory requirements under the Factories Act and DISH compliance inline with the company guidelines.
- Coach, mentor and develop direct reportees/subordinates. Complete regular performance reviews, manage attendance, holidays, disciplinary issues and procedures as appropriate.
- Drive the culture of Accountability, Ownership and Performance with the supervisors and employees inorder to achieve highly productive and engaged team.
- Consistently promote high standards through personal example and roll out through the team so that each member of the team understands the standards and behaviours expected of them.
