**Job Title: Field Service Coordinator****Reporting to: Head of Field Service - PS, India****Location: Bangalore****Job Nature: Office based with very limited on field activities****Educational Qualification: Diploma in Electronics/ComputerScience/Instrumentation.****Software tools: Knowledge of SAP, Sales Force.com, Service Max would beconsidered as an advantage****Professional experience: 2-3 years of experience in Field Servicecoordination activities.****Language proficiency: English - Good Verbal and written communication skillsare a must. Other language proficiency like Hindi, Kannada would be anadvantage.****Job responsibilities:** * **Maintain, track and update the Field service data** * **Installation base - maintain list of installed hardware systems in field** * **Maintenance contract - service visit plan for systems under maintenance contract** * **Repair calls - update the list based on data shared by engineers/customers** * **Installation of systems - report on pending and completed installations to be shared with finance** * **List of service tools and gauges available in field** * **Utilise Software tools: Effectively use tools like "Service Max", "SAP", "SFDC", "Office 365", "Outlook" for all the tasks mentioned above.** * **Collaborate with global FS coordinators to align processes and implement best practices. ** * **Raise Purchase request: for creating a purchase order for vendor support at site, calibration services or any allied requirements.** * **Accounting of vendor bills.** * **Promote Field Service business: Track expiring maintenance contracts, expiring warranty and proactively send the offers and follow up for renewals** * **Order to cash process: Track maintenance and call based repair visit completion and instruct the customer excellence team to invoice the order** * **Other support:** * **Share service reports with A &R team or customer for enabling them to clear outstanding payments.** * **Logistical support to ship tools to regional FSE or calibration agency.** * **Help regional FSE or FS Manager with meeting room reservations or other logistical support that may be required and as appropriate.****Tools and resources** * **Dedicated Work Desk with a storage cabinet.** * **Laptop with internet connectivity.** * **Dedicated land line instrument.** * **Access to tools like - Service Max, BI, SFDC, Office 365, Outlook, Catalyst, Concur, PR portal.**
