ServiceExcellence We are an equal opportunity organization with a focus on Diversity& Inclusion Please read more about us and our values athttps://www.lilacinsights.com/ Job Description: Field Training Manager: NaviMumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Kolkata Reporting to: Training Lead Department:Learning and Development Functional Area: Training, Coaching RequirementImmediate: Yes Location: Navi Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Kolkata TravelRequirement in the role: 70 % of working days Job Description:  Build Salesforce capability  To identifying training needs in the zone of influence andimplement new training methodologies in consultation with the Training Lead. To conduct joint fieldwork with the BDE/BDM and to develop the requiredskills.  Develop the skill sets of the BDMs by providing them regularcoaching and mentoring.  To develop content for the various traininginterventions like OJT, classroom training for BDM/RBM level  Post Assessmentfeedback sharing & measure Training Effectiveness with stakeholders on aperiodic basis.  Improve product knowledge, detailing on regular basis duringlaunches, and other interactive meetings  Help RBM/ZM in recruitment andretain high caliber BDE/BDMs in the assigned zone.  Develop and organizetraining manuals, and multimedia visual aids, e-learning modules and othereducational materials.  Follows current trends and emerging innovations intraining delivery; researches evaluate, recommends, and providesrecommendations on new formats and technologies to enhance effectiveness.Skills required: Training skills, Decision Making, Communication skills,Inspiring skills, Adaptive to new technologies, Organizational Skills, Abilityto assess employees.
