- Finalisation of accounts including coordination with all departments in closing books monthly / quarterly / annually duly adhering to all applicable laws and guidelines.
- Participation in strategic actions and formulation of actions for business and growth
- Internal and statutory audit and review for cost reduction actions
- Payroll planning
- Relationship management with:
- Auditors
- Regulatory authorities
- IPO preparation
- ERP Implementation
- Knowledge of financial accounting, Accounting Standards and allied areas.
- People leadership skills at a high level
- Peer relationship
- To take final decisions on matter where authority is delegated by head in writing
- Closing of issues with auditors and other regulatory agencies to protect and safeguard the interests of the Company.
- Transactional authority:
- Allocation of personnel resources and prioritisation within own area
- To take advice from head to informed of all important developments, in time, with special reference to Financial, Cost and profitability, Risk management and allied aspects
