Overseeing end to end accounting, financial and reporting activities
Ensuring all statutory compliances of Income Tax, Goods & Service Tax, Company Law, and
others are managed and complied.

Maintain internal controls and safeguards for receipt of revenue and expenditures. Identifying
and implementing best practice to make the company’s financial processes and controls more
efficient and effective.
Work closely with the business teams to support business requirements and partner to improve
& strengthen existing practices
Consistently analyse financial data and present monthly/weekly financial reports in accurately
and timely manner. Clearly communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements,
monitor progress and keep senior leadership team abreast
]Leading the annual budgeting and planning process – bottom-up approach
Monthly reforecasting of annual financial performance. Administer and review annual financial
plans and compare to actual results with a view to identify, explain, and correct variances as
appropriate
Manage cashflow forecasting by engaging with business teams for revenue and cost inputs
Oversee Banking operations and responsible for processing payments
Review and approve monthly payroll for all staff
Support CFO in engaging board around issues and trends in financial operating models and
delivery, including preparation of reports
Review and clarify finance team roles and responsibilities to maximise and reach optimal
individual and organizational goals
Create and promote a positive and supportive work environment
Work Experience & Exposure
Minimum experience of 10 years
Manufacturing Industry experience preferred
Solid experience coordinating audit activities and managing reporting, budget development
and analysis, accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, payroll, and accounting
Skills
The core skills would include the following:
Ability to plan & adapt, innovate, organize, co-ordinate, multitask, prioritise with minimal
supervision
Analytical, goal oriented and attention to detail
Proven brilliance in academics and co-curricular activities, throughout your education and
career trajectory
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; experience in effectively communicating key
data, including presentations to senior management, board, or other outside partners
Ability and desire to translate complex financial concepts to individuals at all levels including
finance and non-finance managers
Commitment to recruiting, mentoring, training, and retaining a diverse team; the foresight and
ability to delegate accordingly
Good presentation skills, MS Excel, Power Point Proficiency
Be willing to travel as per requirement
