 Monthly reforecasting of annual financial performance. Administer and review annual financial
plans and compare to actual results with a view to identify, explain, and correct variances as
appropriate
 Manage cashflow forecasting by engaging with business teams for revenue and cost inputs
 Oversee Banking operations and responsible for processing payments
 Review and approve monthly payroll for all staff
 Support CFO in engaging board around issues and trends in financial operating models and
delivery, including preparation of reports
 Review and clarify finance team roles and responsibilities to maximise and reach optimal
individual and organizational goals
 Create and promote a positive and supportive work environment
Work Experience & Exposure
 Minimum experience of 10 years
 Manufacturing Industry experience preferred
 Solid experience coordinating audit activities and managing reporting, budget development
and analysis, accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, payroll, and accounting
