Key Activities

? Budgets and Management Reporting � Provide Timely reporting information, both locally and
internationally ( group )

? Work with Managing Director Contribute to development of the Strategic Plan

? Financial Processing � Review all Financial Process and Internal Control Procedures

? Manage and control all activities concerning accountancy, finance, cash management, credit collection

? Compliance Management � Ensure correct and efficient tax planning and management,
assure all due diligences and compliance testing�s.

? Manage the company asset�s

? Office & Administrative Management Role

? Perform Risk Management & Assessments and plan all controlling and audit activities.

? Support the business units and territorial organizations with respect to consolidation of
budgeting and reporting data.

Competencies

? Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant with at least 10 years of valid experience in a
similar company, both in administration function and
