Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ownership and accounting for all international businesses across all brands and channels
- Drive the monthly closure of books, analysis and forecast process
- Work with local operations teams to review and assist in closing, budgeting and forecasting all wholly-owned international businesses, joint ventures etc
- Identify, highlight, and execute on operational risks and opportunities
- Provide strategic and financial long-term projections based upon management discussions
- Plan and execute the annual budget plan for the International businesses, including explanation of trends, causes-of-change, initiatives and risks/opportunities
Desired Candidate Profile and Skills Required:
- CA with preferably product company/FMCG/consumer durables experience
- 4-6 years of experience in IND AS/IFRS accounting, closing books, audit coordination
- Experience of dealing/handling accounting of overseas companies will be a huge plus point
- Quick understanding of the Accounting and MIS Systems
- Strong analytical and persuasive skills especially with global auditors and foreign/NRI management
- Open to travel to SE Asia and Middle East for a few days every month
