Duties and responsibilities
1. Prepare and send customer invoices in accordance with the terms of the specific contract and in
accordance with the standard operating procedure.
2. Review invoices to ensure billing accuracy and reconcile invoices to resolve any discrepancies.
3. Be the billing point of contact for all billing-related items.
4. Maintain and update billing process documentation.
5. Participate in accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close by completing
assigned responsibilities by the due date.
6. Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with all departments.
7. Other duties as assigned.
8. Contract helpdesk experience.
9. Auditing of the Billing process.
10. Review pending renewal invoices to understand the contract renewal dependencies.
11. Communicating with clients and other departments, resolving issues, and providing
clarifications.
12. Ensuring clients' billing accounts are set up correctly and according to their requirements.
13. Preparing reports and meeting billing deadlines.
14. Analyzing all billing procedures and identifying opportunities for improvement.
15. Coordination with the onshore team to ensure correct input for Billing.
16. PO and Contract maintenance.
Qualification & Requirements
1. Candidate with a bachelor's/master’s degree in commerce/Accounting and 6 years of relevant
experience.
2. Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
3. Meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to take ownership and learn things quickly.
5. Thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, ambiguous environment.
6. Ability to work independently and within tight deadlines.
7. Must have excellent knowledge of MS Excel.
8. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
9. Experience in NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, and Salesforce will be an added advantage.
