As the successful candidate, you will:

Conducting fire risk analysis, code compliance assessments and conceptual fire safety designs.
Consulting on projects with respect to the Building & Fire Codes and related NFPA and FM Global standards.
Perform design calculations and ensuring plans are compliant with relevant codes and standards.
Have some experience in developing performance-based strategies and/or code alternatives, utilizing fire engineering.
Prepare a list of engineering deliverables and time-based functions to facilitate the planning.
Identify all fire hazards and select appropriate fire prevention systems.
Calculation of fire water demands.
Preparation of fire water layouts and networks.
Hydraulic calculation for the fire water systems / networks.
Adequacy check for the fire water protections methods provided.
Sound knowledge of the Hazop and Safety Studies and reports preparations.
Awareness with International codes and standards.
Sound technical knowledge of Fire Water P&IDs / Piping Materials
Preparation of datasheets for Hydrants / Monitors / Sprinklers and Spray Nozzles.
Requisition for Fire Hydrants / Sprinklers / Monitors and Special Items. development, line sizing, material selection, isolation requirements and valve selection
Prepare hazardous area classification.
Perform fire and gas location layout and philosophy.
Perform Consequence modeling and gas dispersion study.
Perform Hydraulic calculation Report.
Review of Vendor Drawings.
Strong leadership skills
Strong ability to delegate tasks and promote the effective performance of team members
Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.

You bring to the role:

B.E in Mechanical / Chemical Engineering.
5 - 15 years of experience.
Worked as Area Lead / Deputy Lead on Oil and Gas or Metals and Mining Projects.
Experience of working on large projects in a multi-disciplinary environment
Experience and knowledge of 3D software and work environment.
Model Reviews with client.
Having knowledge to work with related software, PIPNET, PHAST, PH Pro.
