 Coordinate with the consultants for FF layouts for new developments, fire prevention/protection
issues including recommending best methods on fire protection systems
 Conduct site review meetings with site teams and resolve all the technical issues and provide
solutions

commissioning of Terminals

 Review & Comment on consultant’s documents and drawings in coordination with Engineering
team & design specifications
 Coordinate activities / deliverables with architects, engineers, sub-consultants, stakeholders,
agencies, tenants, airlines, etc., relative to facility and systems
 Build and sustain stakeholder relationships, act as the primary design interface with team
members, and a wide range of consultants and collaborators, both internal and external
 Review aspects of the design that are yet unresolved or that are revisited due to change
 Periodical visit to the site(s) to ensure works are in line with approved Design documents
 Monitor the program & reinforce the culture of an integrated team
 Conduct regular meetings with consultants to ensure project is delivered on time and within the
cost, meeting all expected standards
