?
Responsible for developing franchisee partners and expand business.
? Identify the potential Investors through various sources.
? Present business plans with potential client and negotiate terms and conditions of
exclusive brand outlet franchisee agreement.
? Responsible for the sales process from initial solicitation through contract completion.
Includes identifying and sourcing prospective new franchisees and adherence to
sales processes.
? Executes monthly and yearly sales objectives with regular tracking and progress
reports.
? Works closely with the Management on strategic initiatives to achieve goals.
? Finalization of all Franchises & guiding them, explaining ROI to them, helping out to
the franchise owner to set up the Store.
? Assist the prospective franchise partner on the progress stage till the place is
operational.
? Coordination with the operations team for proper & complete setup.
? Serves as a liaison between franchises partner and company headquarters
