As a Franchisee Manager in the Consumer Durable Industry, you will be responsible for overseeing and supporting the operations of franchisees within the organization. - Regular visits to franchise locations to assess performance, address concerns, and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
- Training and Development for new and existing franchisees to enhance their understanding of product offerings, sales techniques, and operational processes.
- Information on industry trends and guide franchisees to improve their business acumen.
- Performance Analysis of franchise locations (KPIs) to enhance overall performance.
- Collaborate with franchisees to set realistic business goals and objectives.
- Internal coordination with the marketing team to ensure effective implementation of marketing initiatives at the franchise level.
- Maintain consistency in branding and messaging across all franchise locations.
- Relationship management with Franchisees
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the Consumer Durable Industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel as needed to visit franchise locations.
