?Role is responsible for managing multiple functions like Record to Report & Disbursements for Organization. R2R facilitates in providing key insights on the strategic, operational and financial facets which gives an in-depth idea of an organizations performance and helps in roll-out of financial results to both external and internal stake holders. In addition, as part of Disbursements - Role has critical responsibility being last gatekeeper before release of funds by having sufficient controls and reconciliation to ensure right and timely payments to vendors globally. Providing leadership to coach & develop team, drive improvements and being accountable for providing superior customer service by liaising with internal and external stakeholders within shared services and region.


-Manage 'Close On Time and other KPIs in compliance with polices and accounting standard to facilitate accurate reporting of financials. Also, ensure completeness of all assets and liabilities
-Accountable for authenticity of payments by developing standards, guidelines in accordance with compliance guidelines. Support to provide functional expertise in disbursements, controls, and leadership to the team while ensuring the interests of the company
-Need to focus on 'Developing People & Teams' by ensuring on-the-job-experiences, quality development goals provided, meaningful career conversations and timely coaching and feedback for all the team members along with performance review and appraisals.
-Responsible for ensuring attrition is within acceptable and agreed limits by driving engagement and retention strategies
-Owner of all transitions in his/her processes. Participate in transition planning and relate decisions for smooth transfer of the process. -Actively lead and participate in remote and onsite transitions to support and drive overall organizational strategy
-Ensure regular connect with all stakeholders and keep looking at the process with motive to enhance customer experience
-Liaise with internal and external auditors as required. Will be the accountable for ensure process is audit complaint and ready all time
-Need to drive the teams towards continuous process improvement and work closely with leads to identify the areas of improvements, standardizations and optimization.
-Excel in developing strong stakeholder relationships, drive dialogue both at GPO and at country/hub level, and in originating, shaping and delivering value-led projects.
-Ensure improvements in customer satisfaction survey

?-Post graduate in Commerce/professional accounting degree preferred.
-Project Management/Quality Management (Lean Sigma / Six Sigma
-certified) will be an added advantage
-Overall experience of 15+ years within a Shared Service Organization with at least 5 years experience in R2R. Should have Experience of managing end to end operations in one of S2P/O2C/R2R verticals
-Onsite Transition Experience is an added advantage
-People Management Experience of 7+ years- Performance Appraisals, Coaching, Development (should have managed people managers for at least 1 year)
