**Roles & Responsibilities** 1. Coordinating with government authorities, **_unions_** , employees and contract workers; managing Contract Labour and its statutory compliances 2. Maintain industrial peace at the Unit without giving room to work stoppages or any loss of man days. 3. Experience about LTS (Long Terms settlement) agreement. 4. Candidate should be well versed with the working at unionized set up with complexities. 5. Capable of the manpower costing viz a viz production. 6. Well versed with GPTW and PMS 7. Maintain a harmonious relationship with Union and addresses the grievances of the employees periodically and promptly. 8. Ensure maintenance of discipline in the factory and take appropriate disciplinary action as per the stipulated procedures whenever any act of misconduct is committed. 9. Design and deliver an over-arching industrial relations strategy with the key focus on modernizing Trade Union relationships 10. Coordinate with Corporate, Sr. Management, HODs etc. to ensure implementation of HR policies and procedures and effective discharge of departmental objectives. 11. Spearhead the entire gamut of HRD functions like HR operations, strategy planning, compensation & benefits, grievance management, performance management, employee life cycle management, learning & development, wage and salary structure, labour union management, govt. liaison 12. Implementing strict disciplinary procedures, code of conduct, standing orders, Zero Tolerance Policy (ZTP); ensuring prompt resolution of employee grievances in compliance with Labour Laws and maintaining cordial employee relations 13. Administering salary & wage administration, payment of bonus, gratuity, P.F., settlement of accounts and statutory compliance of contract workers 14. Initiate the development of new MIS reports/formats and monitor, review and analyze the report for future course of action. 15. Review and monitor performance of subordinates on an ongoing basis and provide requisite developmental support/ inputs. Recommend training as required for subordinate development * **Educational Qualification: Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Pers. & IR/ HR/ Social Work** * 15-20 Years in Personnel and IR in FMCG industry * Proficient in managing Legal & Liaison Work and Contract Labour System based operations;(Unionized setup) * Experience in maintaining effective employee relations by guiding the employees in matters pertaining to performance plans, conduct, manage issues, salary, policies * Experience in working in a complex manufacturing environment
