general manager – mergers & acquisitions in hyderabad

?- Developing and growing the business through mergers and acquisitions to meet strategic/budget objectives.
- Identify potential opportunities for Mergers & Acquisitions in India and Overseas in the environmental infrastructure domain
- Working knowledge of Indian and international finance and accounting concepts and principles related to M&A transactions
- Handle due diligence such as Valuations, Tax Structuring, Legal / Asset Contracts, Finance and accounting related issues, IT & HR related issues.
- Networking with industry contacts, lawyers and other advisors to source business opportunities
- Conduct industry and market entry studies as part of evaluation of opportunities
- Manage and execute all aspects of a deals life-cycle
- Assist Senior management in decision making
