Bachelor’s or Masters (Civil/ Mechanical)
20+ years of project experience working in the construction industry required
Experience with facilities construction sites
Proficient with MS Office Suite of tools, exposure to schedule software, preferably Primavera (P6) preferred
Must have experience in handling all kind of projects ((Industrial/Corporate/Residential/Institution/Commercial/Defence)
Job Description:
Analyse photographs, drawings and maps to inform the direction of projects as well as the overall budget constraints
Ensure project feasibility through continual evaluation of structural integrity and design practicality
Create designs that utilize a variety of materials
Perform and adjust quantity calculations for practical and budgetary purposes
Communicate with team members as well as customers and vendors to ensure maximum cohesion and fluidity on projects
Forecast design and construction time frames
Inspect project sites to ensure they meet relevant codes and are progressing properly
Liaising & coordination with various Govt. & Private Agencies etc.
Drawing BOQ’s, tenders, specifications. Detailed estimates etc.
M.S. outlook, word, excel, power point, ERP, AUTOCAD etc.
Assists in managing and reviewing the progress of contractors’ construction schedules.
Reports the status of projects to business and market leaders.
