?- To be responsible for Serving as Project Manager, coordinate, implement and complete projects on schedule and within budget.
- To Formulate, submit for approval, execute and evaluate validation protocols, capability studies and engineering tests for all new or renovated production and process equipment and facilities within Singapore Manufacturing.
- To Perform Project Management functions including the preparation and maintenance of scope documents, budgets and project schedules and the management of project resources and personnel.
- To Work with management and outside consultants/contractors to conceptualize layout and appearance of new and renovated facilities and systems.
- To Maintain an on-going technical expertise in the areas of process controls, mechanical systems and design.
- To contribute in planning, finalization and implement projects (projects like new machines, buildings, structures) further present the analysis to management to take a correct decision.
- To evaluate & define project scope, goals and deliverables of the project in technical and commercial aspects with a long-term perspective.
- To define tasks and required resources overseeing all project activities and project communications at site
- To baseline plans like design concept for facilities, equipment - regulatory compliant, Technical approval.
- To manage new project, facilities with an advance technology and automation with capacity demand and resources like utilities with all compliance to safety aspects.
- To make project schedule, timeline & Budget - track, controls, execution in time, develop an integrated project management plan to attain project objective.
- To execute outsourcing and management of external vendors.
- To monitor and follow-up with all appropriate departments on project development.
- To maintain up-to-date and organized files for all stages from concept to completion.
- To initiate, develop, drive, and revise schedules.
- To present reports to stakeholders on progress as well as on problems and on solutions.
- To coordinate team briefings, internal reviews of creative, and all other meetings needed to complete any given project.
- To implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs.
