Job Summary : The General Manager will be responsible for driving strategic partnerships, expanding market presence, achieving revenue targets, and leading a high-performing team across India.   1. Develop and implement Pan India business development strategies to achieve growth and revenue targets.

  3. Build and maintain C-level relationships with key stakeholders, government bodies, and industry leaders.
  4. Lead, mentor, and motivate regional business development teams to deliver high performance.
  5. Oversee contract negotiations, deal structuring, and long-term partnerships with clients and collaborators.
  6. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  7. Prepare and present business plans, revenue forecasts, and growth strategies to top management.
