  1. Candidate should have experience of international business development in ROW Countries like African territory, Latin America, South Asia, CIS, etc. countries.
  2. Responsible for generating business and to ensure that there is optimum utilization of the Capacity of manufacturing units across all locations
  3. Experience of ROW and with Europe will be preferable
  4. Follow up with the relevant stakeholders across ROW Countries like African territory, Latin America, South Asia, CIS, etc. on the various ongoing orders and ensure continuity of existing orders and add new products or orders from existing clients
  5. Developing revenue through new business leads in ROW Countries like African territory, Latin America, South Asia, CIS, etc.
  6. Overseeing the development of marketing literature across the regions of ROW Countries like African territory, Latin America, South Asia, CIS, etc.
  7. Directly responsible for managing the Lead Generation activities and secure a steadily filled pipeline of leads
  8. Responsible for detailed and accurate sales forecasting, building pipeline & budgeting for assigned scope of markets/territories
  9. Build a network of contacts in markets/territories and effectively leverage it for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and expand existing business.
  10. Represent the company at conferences, trade fairs, networking events and professional meetings for sales achievement, pipeline building and customer relationship building
