·Global Operation Responsibility for VMWare Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI VMWare Horizon)

·Global Operation Responsibility for Microsoft Exchange online (engineering no user management)

·Global Operation Responsibility for Storage SAN, Server, Backup-System and Archive

·Global Operation Responsibility for Microsoft Teams (no user management)

·Architecture and Engineering projects for the mentioned backend systems above

·Co-operation in Microsoft Azure cloud and O365 (Exchange Online, Teams, Administration)

·Co-operation in Microsoft Azure Cloud and Hybrid environment

·Performs advanced problem identification and resolution, performance monitoring and capacity planning functions for whole on-premise infrastructure.

·Integration of companies in our systems (Active Directory, AAD, Exchange Online, Teams, etc.)

·Release Updates/Installations and Patching of systems and servers

·Implement hardware and software changes in backend infrastructure

·Realization of project according to the design and architecture

·Managing 2nd level Incidents in backend infrastructure area
