global service desk analyst - french in bangalore

?
Provide technical customer service support via Service Now, phone and email

Support both technical and non-technical end users

Troubleshoot and provide first level resolution for software and hardware technical issues

Analysis, validation and documentation as part of incident management lifecycle

Provide feedback on support delivered and current processes and procedures

Escalate advanced issues to the appropriate team

Other duties as assigned

qualification

?Minimum of 3 years work experience in technical customer support area, preferably in a corporate environment

Excellent written and spoken English, other languages advantageous

Knowledge of desktop operating systems including Windows 7, 8, 8.1 and 10

Experience working with the MS Office suite & browser-based applications

Experience with Active Directory

Ability to do shift and weekend work

Proven ability to solve complex issues

Demonstrated ability to effectively manage routine and complex situations simultaneously,

producing consistently high quality results.

Ability to make clear decisions and deal with stressful situations
