* Develop Kitchen Business from Drawing Board * Build Go To Market Strategy and Execution Plan * Increase the sales results by developing an overall sales strategy * Responsible for creating New Channel partners | POS | ETC. * Responsible for building relationship and product specification with Architects, Consultant, Engineers, Designers, Builders and hi-end customers. * Map dealers in Tier II & Tier III cities and help them in specifying products through Architects and Interior Designers * Building strategies to Tap target audience and expand penetration * Detailed technical presentations & discussions with the customers, preparing proposals, cost estimations and quotations. * Organize and execute product presentations at trade shows, events. * Visit customers regularly to understand their business, buying patterns, industry standards, technical requirements, etc. * Develop, implement and maintain monthly sales tracking systems such as sales reports. * Assistance in effective Credit Management with the help of marketing tools. * Ensuring timely collection of Sales Tax statutory forms from Customers. * Leading a team of sales executive or Area sales managers * Knowledge of India Market * Handling and settlement of claims. * Awareness of industry, market & legislative drivers the processes are maintained. * Maintain customers and their competitor's strength weaknesses opportunities threat profile. ---
