    Key Responsibilities
     Works with business leaders, managers and other HR professionals to ensure the effective
    management of individual performance, alignment with policies, work rules, and collective
    bargaining agreements where applicable.
     Provides direct coaching and counsel to manage the business, leaders and other HR
    professionals, partnering with the Senior HR leader and counsel when appropriate to
    address application of policies and HR procedures, and performance issues that may include
    potential termination of employment.
     Manages broad HR centered-led activities for country in the areas of Talent Acquisition, HR
    Solutions, Learning etc. in alignment with the global Centers of Excellence (COE) processes.
     Partners with leaders in organizational design discussions.
     Leads Talent Acquisition in close partnership with leaders, may participate in interviews and
    selection process. Partners with leaders and Talent Acquisition COE (as appropriate) to
    develop competitive job offer package. May facilitate new hire onboarding.
     Partners with leaders on engagement survey action planning for assigned business area.
     Leads Talent Reviews for assignee business area for roll-up into group-wide talent and
    succession plans.
     Ensures managers are leading performance management including managing individual
    performance, goal and development plans so that progresses is made and readiness levels
    are achieved.
     Partners closely with Talent and Succession team to ensure consistent and effective
    implementation of talent and succession programs.
     Works with Total Rewards and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure consistent application of
    compensation across assigned business area. Provides coaching to business leaders to assign salaries and ensure equity across the business. Works with group HR teams to
    monitor and audit pay application across all business functions.
     Works with leaders on assigned area of the business to lead change initiatives either driven
    by the Company, the business or business function area.
     Works with leadership teams and Centers of Excellence (COE) to ensure effective
    development of leaders within the assigned business area. Prioritize program participants,
    and then works with managers to ensure principles are being practiced outside of training
    sessions.
     Adheres to all standards, policies and systems.
     May be involved in negotiations of collective bargaining agreements as applicable.
