Job description :
- As head of Marketing function, develop and implement marketing plans for the organization
- Responsible for All India salesof Industrial consumables
- Responsible for achieving sales targets
- Manage key accounts
- Responsible for managing distributors based at different locations
- Lead and managemarketing team including frontline sales executives based at different locations
- Identify growth opportunities and executethe plans for business growth. These include identifying new segments, new geographies, new initiatives, new distributors.
Requirements and Skills:
- Minimum experience of 15 years in Sales and Marketing of Industrial consumables
- Proven experience of leading a marketing team
- Experience in selling premium products
- Strong customer focus
- Good communication skills
- Good relationship management skills
- Experience of Dealers management
