Manpower planning for all mining activities to ensure optimum availability of Mining Equipments in good working Condition with maximum output.
To insure the required quality Quantity of stone to supply the crusher.
Co-coordinating with crushing and screening plant engineer
Provide engineering technical support to mine operations and other groups as required, including Mine Design (Infrastructure, Ventilation, Development), Mine Planning (Daily Tracking and Reporting, Weekly Sequencing for the short range plan)
Possess a strong desire to advance technical skills and obtain a broad range of experience across the mine site. One of our key goals is to cross-train in various disciplines as advancing experience and time permits within: Ventilation, Paste Backfill, Site Water Balance, Mid-to-Long Range planning, Drill and Blast Design, Ground Support, Surface Stockpile, and Waste Dump management.

Reporting activities: Daily/Weekly/Monthly data tracking, and reporting of output vs. plan, tracking various key activities including drilling, mucking, blasting, filling, and reconciliations.
Regular coordination with Operations, Geology, and Survey groups to implement the weekly and monthly plan. In addition to the creation of forecasts to achieve monthly, and yearly budget targets.Assist with moderately complex projects, including estimation of capital and operating costs, stope and development design optimization, and mine infrastructure changes.
