gm operations in coimbatore

?Responsible for control, monitoring and supervision SEI production and assembly lines ,SEI team
Financial system and dealer network,
- Responsible for control, monitoring and supervision SEI's suppliers and subcontractors in India
- Responsible to train and guide all Shatal suppliers to work according to Shatal quality standards and work process.
- Responsible for purchase of Raw material on time for the production
- Responsible for the coordination between different stages during the production process, inside SEI or at subcontractors and the transport of goods between SEI and the subcontractors, everything in order to get the products delivered on time.
- Responsible for follow up and checking the production process with continues improvements in the process to verify the shortest production time while keeping the Shatal quality standards
- Responsible that the quality of the produced or purchased parts is according to Shatal's requirements. by checking that quality control is performed as defined by Shatal and agreed at other suppliers by finding good suppliers that can produce and hold high quality production and control level.
- Responsible for getting shipments / consignments to Shatal being sent in time according to agreed time schedule.
- Responsible for reporting to SI on a regular basis, weekly/monthly/quarterly together with the Gantt chart for the week
