Should understand the customer’s monthly schedules & accordingly plan
production to complete the same by passing on all quality aspects with result
orientation & customer’s full satisfaction,
• Ensure Customer Schedules and see daily targets are met.
• Ensure Inventory Targets for BOP & Consumables are adhered.
• Monitor Self KPIs, Review KRAs & KPIs of Prodn. Head, Quality Head, Maint. Head
& Stores Head etc.
• He should have Good Techno Commercial understanding.
• Fluency in English, Hindi & Marathi speaking.
• Systematic Approach in Issues resolution, Proper Root Cause Analysis and robust
permanent corrective& preventive action.
• Ensure 5 S Implementation inside & outside the Plant.
• Good control over all departments, production planning with material, preventive
machine maintenance to avoid untimely machine breakdown & production loss and
proper manpower handling& optimum utilization of all resources etc.
• Should be having experience in implementing TPM culture in the organization.
• Should be energetic & dynamic in personality, readiness to work hard & open for
learn attitude,
