• Key leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of production operations within a company.
• Collaborates with various departments and teams to ensure the efficient and effective production of goods or services while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity.
• Responsible for strategic planning, resource allocation, performance management, and continuous improvement in the production process.
• Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop and implement production strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives, considering market demands, production capacity, and resource availability.
• Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day production operations, including scheduling, inventory management, procurement, quality control, and maintenance, to ensure optimal efficiency and adherence to production targets.
• Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership and guidance to production teams, promoting a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
