?seeking a Dynamic GM Sales for its Alternate Fuel (Natural Gas Vehicle) Customers and will look after sales for the Pan India region.

The GM Sales will be responsible to provide functional, technical and process leadership and will ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel. The GM Saleswill also be accountable to identify objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings for Alternate Fuel.

Key Responsibilities: (Functional responsibilities associated with the position)
� Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for Alternate Fuel customers in the service area; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
� Able to prioritize and provide strategies and solutions to business opportunities.
� Identify new customers & capitalize on the existing network of customers.
� Create sales plan for revenue growth from Alternate Fuel customers
� Build business relationships with Alternate Fuel OEM and Alternate Fuel Retro Fitters stakeholders through value add services & support, field services & support
� Formulate and implement a comprehensive Alternate Fuel customer engagement plan with defensive action, activities for existing accounts and offensive action, activities for competitive account conversions
� Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
� Day to day management of the sales activities within the assigned territory.
� Provides half yearly results assessments of sales staff�s productivity.
� Contribute to the formulation of all sales policies, practices and procedures.
� Assists sales personnel in establishing personal contact and rapport with top echelon decision-makers.

?Functional Area of expertise: (Preferred background)
� Should have at least 8 years of experience in Sales with minimum 5 years of experience in selling Mechanical / Technical Products & Services into an engineering sector.
� Consistent track record in closing deals and developing accounts for long term growth.
� Experience in establishing and maintaining relationships at CxO level in a customer organization.

Experience: (Min � Max) 8yrs - 12yrs

Education: BE/B.Tech (Instrumentation or Mechanical)/ with MBA (Sales / Marketing).

� Expert knowledge of sales cycles, strategies, and methods.
� Ability to anticipate how the market and competitive factors will influence the selling of products and services.
� Goal driven and self-motivated
� Planning and organizational skills.
� Negotiation/conflict resolution.
