Job Title: GM � Sales &Marketing

A leading crop inputs company is looking for a GM Sales & Marketing International Business for managing its international marketing & sales. The ideal candidate will have an experience of at least 15+ years international, export experience in marketing and sales of agrochemical formulations.
Position Overview
The key deliverable for this role is to lead the specialized formulation brand business globally. The role entails thought leadership across product categories. To drive the export sales & marketing function of the division to achieve top line and bottom-line targets of the division with healthy Sales to Expense ratio. To be able to develop a market for new & specialized formulation registered globally.

Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for export sales and marketing for international business
Development of new territories / distributors appointment across the countries.
Proven track record of implementing sales & marketing activities
Complete Business P/L responsibilities
Revenue targets countrywise / total achievement in numbers
Work with key stakeholders to identify New Product Introduction (NPI) opportunities
Define the revenue model for each Product/ Business
Designs, implements & manage sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes.
Publishing relevant MIS and share analysis with Stakeholders
Work with Export teams to develop the plan for company product portfolio & expansion. Conduct market analytics (product benchmarking, customer segmentation & profiling, competition landscaping, competitor sales etc.)
Country wise target setting and reviewing the same as per the market dynamics, assisting the team in achieving the same.
Define and Implement marketing and branding strategy for each market
Strategic brand building and positioning, marketing communication and brand support of SML products across the globe & in decided countries.
Maintaining & Building relationships with all the Key Customer Accounts
Should be a team player & work towards achieving the company goal & objectives

?- The incumbent should have more than 15+ years of strong marketing and sales & global distribution experience, preferably from Agrochemical industry.
- Good analytical / conceptual / logical skills / Brand Management Exposure
- Good Market Connect / Ability to draw customer engagement plans
- Good Emotional Quotient/ Man Management experience
- Technically sound and strong in marketing
- Must have proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office / SAP preferred
- Fluent in English, and if any additional foreign language (German, Spanish, French, Portuguese etc.,)
- Superior writing, presentation and overall communication skills and the ability to develop proposals and presentations that convey business need and client benefit.
