?Maximize the Sales for the Dealership by strategizing, planning and executing the same for all outlets.
- Identifies growth opportunities for the dealership and strives to build competitive advantage in areas like Channel Reach, Rural, Exchange Business, Accessories etc. Aligns the Dealership Operations to the principles laid down by OEM and takes appropriate actions in case of gaps.
- Analyses the performance of the different sources of enquiries. (Walk-ins, Activations, Digital etc.) and takes corrective measures.
- Monitors the financials of the Dealership to ensure that the Dealership is profitable. Identifies opportunities to reduce cost for the Dealership and enhance the overall profitability.

o Sales & Marketing qualification is desirable
- Experience
o At least 10 years of experience in Sales and at least 5 to 6 years in a Managerial role
o Experience in heading a small to medium business organization
o Auto industry exposure is required for this Role.
