1. Pricing
- To decide on the pricing scheme along with the management looking at the going rate, the future trends, the target customer psyche, the product offering and the product positioning
- To develop pricing schemes closely understanding the cash flow requirements for the project
- To communicate the pricing schemes clearly to the sales, marketing and recovery teams

2. Target/ KRA Setting
- To create the sales plan and develops the targets/ KRAs,along with the Sales managers, for the sales and marketing team project-wise
- To works towards achieving the sales targets for the company
- To support the team towards achieving their respective targets

3. Customer Relations
- To ensure Companys sales team is adequately manned and well integrated with sites in order to reach the potential Customers across the city/ region.
- To create systems and practices towards developing and maintainingrelations with existing and potential customers. And ensure their roll out through the CRM team.
- To ensure that the delivery of orders to customers are on time in order to maintain profits and customer satisfaction level.
- Meeting customers while supporting the sales team for closing the sales and also networking with customers on an on-going basis.
- Make presentations to the top management team of corporates towards closing the deal.
- Monitor and ensure that the customer grievances right from sales to post-handover are handled effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.

4. MIS Reports and Review
- To develop and maintain all necessary information systems and procedures in order to ensure the effective and efficient attainment of the companys objectives.
- To monitor the performance of the sales team through the reports generated
- To analyse the reports regularly and gives feedback to the sales team
- To recommend any changes necessary to improve the Companys Sales performance and revenue controls.
- To consolidate and submit MIS report data to JMD on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
- To submit the comparison report on the competitors on quarterly basis to JMD.
- To conduct Weekly Review Meetings with the team.

5. Team management
- To recruit and motivate business-orientated teams in order to achieve set targets
- To ensure comprehensive performance appraisal and development opportunities are provided in accordance with the Companys human resources strategy and employment policies.
- To provide the required training in order to enhance the skills of the team members.
- To motivate sales teams in achieving their sales targets by providing support in customer interactions & providing guidance in problem solving.
- To groom and develop the team in order to enable them to achieve their goals.

6. Miscellaneous
- To keep track of the existing and upcoming projects by competition
- To identify & implement potential improvements in Sales Management
- Any other job that the JMD deem fit for this position
