    Description

    Lead efforts within one or more Supply Chain functions including materials, production, inventory, logistics, demand management and order fulfillment. Ensures internal and external customers' expectations and requirements are met from end to end in each of the supply chains.
    Manage daily operations across functions to ensure a dependable and efficient supply chain.
    Lead continuous improvement projects that align with Company’s Operating System and Functional Excellence direction and leverage common processes tools, and information systems.
    Support Corporate Supply Chain initiatives and lead the cross Business Unit planning processes to ensure intra-company alignment.
    Mitigate long term supplier constraints by collaborating with functional stakeholders.
    Create common supply chain processes and procedures by establishing collaborative business partner relationships.
    Approach daily problem solving and continuous improvement opportunities strategically and tactically to achieve performance targets.
    Develop, understand and improve necessary Key Performance Indicators.
    Analyze operational trends and develop corrective action plans.
    Address supply chain failures promptly to ensure operations stability; escalate as appropriate.
    Prepare and manage an annual operating plan including expense resources, and capital.
    Manage, coach, and develop staff; work with employees to set goals in training and development, performance, and career planning.

    ​Materials Planning Parameters - Aligns parameters (minimum order quantity, multiple order quantity, lead time, part cost, etc.) to balance the supply and demand plans while stabilizing the supply chain; runs changes to parameter settings in the planning environment and analyzes the impact to customer delivery and inventory.

    Supply Chain Knowledge - Influences, with the ability to concisely explain and/or elaborate on, the multi-disciplined and end-to-end integration of the flow of information, products, and services to achieve the desired result for the end customer within the first-fit or aftermarket business segments while balancing the tensions of inventory, cost, and delivery.

    Education

    B.E, MBA preferred

    Experience

    Significant level of relevant work experience required.
    - Lead NEB (Network Engineering Branch) Execution team for DBU- Mentor & Guide team members in operational & tactical activities- Responsible for managing New Engine Demand – right from Demand receipt till billing - Identify process improvement areas to further strengthen NEB execution processes- Lead & motivate team to deliver strong business results- Work closely with various plants, warehouse and business teams to ensure smooth execution of NEB AOP.
