Conflict-of-interest (COI) management

Support Ethics & Compliance Officers (ECOs) for managing COI declarations in Declare tool as part of campaigns (initial assessment of declarations submitted and assisting ECOs with information required for taking a decision)

Oversee general management of COI declarations (e.g. performing sanity check of declarations to ensure process is being followed, follow-up with ECOs for timely closure of declarations, translation coordination)

Updating existing documentation on Declare following release of enhanced version of Declare (e.g. workflow, RACI, FAQ)

Roll-out of Declare in remaining countries including Altran

Oversee management of non-COI declarations (gifts & entertainment received)


Case management (SpeakUp)

Policy management


Maintaining updated policies in multiple languages

Support ECOs for managing policy attestation campaigns



Support with World’s Most Ethical company nomination process


Support in preparing supporting documentation required to be submitted alongside the application (time bound activity to be done once a year)

Collaborate with stakeholders for implementing improvement plan by following up on action items that need to be developed in order to drive continual improvements.





Must be passionate for operational excellence, with demonstrable experience in managing business operations in a similar context

Must be able to develop and maintain positive working relationships with global stakeholders

Should have analytical skills, with the ability to derive insight for data sources

Must have good communication skills

Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, specifically MS Excel. Knowledge of PowerBI would be added benefit.

Open to learn new tools, provide ideas for enhancing existing processes and brining in efficiencies

Must be able to work without supervision and own outcomes

Oversee general management of SpeakUp alerts (e.g. perform sanity check for fields before closure of a SpeakUp alert, follow-up with ECOs for timely closure of alerts, translation coordination)

Maintaining up-to-date documentation for SpeakUp (e.g. workflow, RACI, FAQ)



Maintain quarterly dashboards for SpeakUp alerts, COI declarations

Dashboards for campaigns – Declare and policy attestations

Customization of Insights to meet Capgemini reporting requirements

Data analysis and reporting – covering SpeakUp, Declare, Campaigns & Policy Management

Presenting the results in a summarized and provide action-oriented takeaways to leadership and ECOs.
