8+yrs of Enterprise sales experience
Master's degree or equivalent
Excellent communication skills
Exposure in account management and new client acquisition in India and international
geographies
Proven success in building strategic relationship with key client decisionmakers, client
retention & acquisition, building strong opportunities pipeline and deal negotiations focusing
on revenue, profitability and business growth
Motivated by goal attainment and performance measurement
Ability to scan the business environment, understand the competitive context and the
industry construct, develop internal capabilities to build a business case and a competitive
value propositionResponsibilities
Establish salesforce, systems and processes in North America/Europe/Middle East/APAC
Drive business development and lead generation to acquire new customers and grow accounts in the
International Market through enterprise and partnership sales
Building territory management plans & GTM Strategies along with marketing and category managers
by conducting competitor and market analysis
Drive the Branding activities - operationally and strategically, potential tie-ups with related
industry partners
Expertise in owning and driving Pre-Sales/ Pursuit Management activities while tracking
deliverables (Commercials/Contracts) throughout the pursuit cycle
Achievement of key metrics of input activities, conversion, and revenue consistently
Work very closely with Category, Supplier and Marketing teams.
