Position Name: Head Administration
Job Requirements:
Office & Facilities Management - Responsible for Safety and security of the office and staff
Supervision and daily updates for all branches for any kind of issues to be resolved which includes
Manage building and equipment maintenance schedules
Planning of future space and supply needs of the organization
Communication with the vendors / suppliers and get update on regular basis for orders, payments ,
quotes , invoice related queries etc.
Schedule preventative maintenance, respond to urgent maintenance calls
Handling procurement for various projects, Follow up with suppliers for deliveries , shortages, price
bargaining, payments etc. Issue of purchase order and price finalization.
Project management of new office, handling Compliance and Liasioning with related Government
departments for various legal procedures and approvals.
Event management - Helping in managing various events both within office and outside office.
Travel Desk - Travel ticketing, Hotel bookings and other travel arrangements
Meetings with Management /HR / Finance for ongoing updates, Vendor Queries, Vendor payments etc.Educational Qualifications: Any graduate/postgraduate degree with adequate working experience in
overall Administration and facilities
Experience: 10+ years of experience in handling General Administration and facilities with good team
handling skills. Preferably no gap in working and looking for stability.
