c. Wildlife Hazard Management and Airside Driving permit Section for the safe and smooth
Conduct of Airside Operation at NMIA.

This section describes the nature of the reporting relationship which exists between the
incumbent and the manager
a. Functional Reporting: COO
b. Administrative Rep: COO
c. No of Direct Reportees:
This section lists down the most significant responsibilities of the role which have a clear end
result for the achievement of which the role holder will be held accountable.
a. Compliance to DGCA, CAR Section 4, Series B Part 1.
b. Compliance to the Safety Management System.
c. Compliance to ICAO regulations more specifically Aerodrome Manuals and Airport Manuals.
d. Implementation of Procedures to keep the Airport Environment free of obstacles.
e. Close co-ordination with Stakeholders namely Airlines, Air Traffic Control, Ground Handling
Agencies, Fueling companies and other stakeholders at Airside.
f. Close co-ordination with regulatory bodies such as DGCA, BCAS.
g. Inspection and control over airside operations.
h. Implementation of an action on operational procedures and policy decisions issued by
NMIAL Management.
i. Apron Discipline, FOD control, control of oil/fuel Spillage, aircraft incidents & accidents
reporting.
j. Airside operational aspects of VVIP/VIP movements.
k. Removal of Disabled Aircraft, Handling all emergency and contingency aircraft situations.

m. Implementation of any other directive approved by NMIAL.
