- Driving both Aero and Non-Aero revenue numbers
- Achievement of Non-pax sales from Airport Village
- Implement retail layout planning for the given asset as per the guidelines for Terminal and Airport village
- Contract management and Team Management
- Key Stakeholder Management (Concessionaires/ Airlines / Govt agencies)
- Business Development and onboarding of required brands/ categories/ concepts like Retail, Hospitality/ GHA/ IFK/ Services etc as per the guidelines both at the Terminal and at Airport Village
- Jointly work on Route development and Airline Marketing
- Achieve commercial ASQ parameters
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate from any discipline with MBA/PG in Sales & Marketing from an institute of repute recognized by UGC/AICTE.
Essential: Minimum 15 years in Retail/ Travel Retail/ Mall Management. 10 + years’ experience in, Sales & Marketing of Services, Business Development to Govt and Private Companies, preferably with experience in Aviation industry. Additional experience of marketing services/facilities as well as structure alliances/agreement would be preferable.
